**Important update**   Please note: there are no size small charcoal full zip fleece jackets in stock.  If you are missing items from your order, we did ship out jackets seperately from shirts in some cases.  Before calling us to inquire about an order, please have your order number ready.  This will be a three digit number (#224, #230, for example).  That is a great help to us!  Thank you for your patience.  We will be caught up on all orders this week and have made changes to move up the process going forward.  We do currently have some of the black fleece items in stock and ready for shipping.   Mark 800-951-6607,x2    Please note that this is a new site for 2011-2012 and to place an order, you must register for an account.  In additioin to the bulleted items below, you may view the tabs under the IMPORTANT INFORMATION section for additional information.    PayPal is the official payment option.  For more information about PayPal, visit the PayPal tab within the IMPORTANT INFORMAITON section. PayPal will allow you to pay with a credit card without creating a unique PayPal account.  For those who already have a PayPal account, you will be given the option to login to your existing PayPal account to complete the checkout process. If you would like to create a new PayPal account, that option is available. PLEASE NOTE: registering for a new PayPal account will cause a slight delay to your order while your account is setup with them.  You will need your own email address, however, registering for a new account will allow you to make payments from your credit card or directly from your designated bank account (checking or savings account). For those who do NOT have a computer or email address, please contact us directly to make special arrangements.  THIS WILL DELAY YOUR ORDER AND REQUIRE A PROCESSING FEE OF $1.00 PER ITEM. Once your order is placed online, you will receive a receipt via email.  Your order will be produced in 2-3 business days, however, please note that we will not begin shipping orders until Tuesday, August 16, 2011. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery by the US Postal Service. Please order carefully as RETURNS are not allowed (sample shirts are available at the school).
